As we move into the final stages of going to eleven, we need your help. Below we have identified a list of amazing opportunities -- just waiting for the right person. If any of these sound like the right fit for you or someone you know (Yes! we take nominations) please complete this Survey to secure a volunteer spot.

Topic Tables

For those of you who just can’t stop talking about IA, we’ve extended the discussion opportunities to lunch. Join one of several lunch tables where a host will get the conversational ball rolling on popular topics.

Available Positions:

  • Topic Table Facilitator: At lunch people like to talk about their favorite topics. Are you an expert in a certain area? Do you have knowledge you are willing to share? Please let us know and we'll connect with you to lead a lunch topic table.

Speaker Assistant
We are looking for people to assist the speakers. If you sign up, we'll just ask you to be in the room a little early for the talk, determine if anything is needed and introduce the speaker for posterity as we are recording all the talks.

After-Hours Ideas (Calling All Locals)

Game night in the hotel lounge? Local barcrawl? This year, we’re asking for attendees who live in the Phoenix area to organize a social event for conference attendees. Start a discussion on Crowdvine about your ideas for helping conference attendees get to know each other and maybe you'll end up being behind the social event everyone remembers.
