Personas are often a topic of debate among user experience practitioners and
planners. Opinions range from how much content is needed to how much research
is needed to whether or not they actually provide any value to projects. Some
people question whether or not they belong in the process at all.

Regardless of where you position yourself, utilizing living personas may change
your perspective. Living personas showcase how real people are behaving as it
relates to your brand, your product or your project.

We have a format for delivering a contact zone of information--living personas,
if you will, that present information in a format that is interactive and
engaging, and goes beyond the flat paper personas you're used to delivering.
